The Kenya factory in Mombasa has 75,000 units per month capacity while the Tanzania factory in Dar Es Salaam has 30,000 units per month capacity. We are already In the process

Our factories provide a wide range of domestic and commercial sizes of LPG cylinders across the markets they serve.Our Kenya factory currently manufactures seven unique cylinder sizes starting from 3kg to 50kg.Our Tanzania factory currently manufactures five unique cylinder sizes starting from 6kg to 50kg.

Therefore, our team of experts carry out rigorous testing and quality inspection at every step to ensure that the final product meets the highest safety and quality standards. As a result, all our cylinders conform with Kenya Bureau of Standards, Tanzania Bureau of Standards and International Standard ISO 22991.
To ensure our products adhere to strict international safety standards we conduct all the necessary tests for the key processes in our internal testing facilities.
Provides information about the raw material's tensile strength, yield strength and ductility
Analyses the chemical composition of the raw material.
Checks for cracks and other non-conformance on the welding surface
The cylinder will undergo hydrostatic testing to verify its ability to withstand pressure. This step identifies any leakages or distortions
Each cylinder is filled with compressed, pressurized air prior to immersing it in water. This will identify any leaks in the weld or the valve thread
Checks the maximum pressure applicable before the cylinder bursts. The direction and shape of the bursting pattern are analysed to ensure conformity
Revalidation of LPG cylinders that are either old or damaged is crucial in ensuring the safety
of individuals and compliance with industry standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We are fully committed to reducing our impact on the environment and working towards a greener future. All the water used in our factories passes through water filtration plants and is reused in the production line.
Further to this, we completed the process of switching to a more sustainable power source through the installation of 2MW solar panel plant on our factory roofs.
